We  look forward to seeing you in 2013

In 1997 the 5th  ANZSHM Conference was held in Darwin with the theme of Migration to Mining. The theme of the 2013 conference can include those subjects and other influences on health in  the Antipodean countries.  How important has medicine, however delivered, been in improving our health and encouraging increases in our populations?

Papers, posters and stories on these themes and on the history of medicine in general will be welcome.

Menzies School of Health Research and some of its important and successful projects will be the subject  of the Witness Seminar.

Brian Reid, GP, historian, and founding member of ANZSHM is again hosting this Darwin  conference with assistance from members of the Historical Society of the Northern Territory.
